The following Agent actions layout applies to:
Non-MSP or hybrid Partners with at least one Customer with an advanced MDR service model, such as Bitdefender MDR Plus, Bitdefender MXDR Plus, MDR Premium, or MDR Enterprise
Customers on an annual advanced MDR plan
Alerts: The total number of alerts generated by MDR for your managed companies within the selected time range
Agent actions: The number of automated actions taken based on the generated alerts
Most mitigated threats: The most frequently mitigated threats, including their type and number of occurrences
Alert trend: Chart displaying the evolution of alerts generated during the selected time range. It illustrates fluctuations in alert volume over time, highlighting activity spikes and quieter periods. This provides a quick overview of alert patterns and potential periods of increased risk.
Top alerts: The most frequently generated alert types within the selected time range. It displays each alert name along with the total number of occurrences.
Automatic actions trend: Chart displaying the evolution of automated remediation actions performed during the selected time range. It displays actions such as Block, Disinfect Only, Block and Disinfect, Delete, or Quarantine over time, highlighting activity spikes and overall response patterns.
