  • - Refunds are typically processed to the original payment method within 10–14 business days

We understand that renewals can sometimes be overlooked. While automatic renewals are typically non-refundable, we offer a 30-day grace period after the renewal date to request a refund. 

To request a refund: 

  • - Include proof of duplicate or unintentional renewal, if applicable

⚠️ Verified Technical Issue – Refund Exception 

If a verified technical issue prevents the proper use of our product, you may be eligible for a refund, provided the issue is reported within the applicable refund period. Refund requests must include documented evidence of the technical problem and are subject to evaluation and approval. This policy applies only to purchases made directly from our official website. 🧾 Duplicate Purchases via Authorized Resellers 

If you mistakenly purchase the same product through both our website and a reseller, a full refund may be issued for the direct purchase—within 30 days—upon verified proof of the reseller transaction. To qualify, you must provide valid proof of the partner purchase, including the date of purchase, partner name, and product/license details. Upon verification, a full refund will be issued for the direct purchase, and the corresponding license will be deactivated. 

 

Refunds are provided at Bitdefender's sole discretion on a case-by-case basis and may not be approved, including if there is evidence of fraud, abuse, or other wrongful behavior. Please note that after refunds are validated by Bitdefender, they will be issued by Bitdefender’s reseller, 2Checkout and while we strive to achieve the 14 days term, there may be delays generated by the payment method used.

Managing Your Subscription You may cancel your automatic renewal at any time via your billing profile. To adjust your account before a renewal, visit your billing account or contact our team.
