After the product is installed, when accessing Control Center for the first time using a web browser, the product registration window appears. The first step is to enter MyBitdefender credentials.

If Authentication error message is displayed when clicking on Next button, these steps should be followed:

- Go to https://my.bitdefender.com/login and try to authenticate using the same credentials. If you are unable to log in, use the recover password option, reset the password and go back to Control Center and try the authentication using the new password;
- Your border firewall allows connectivity to my.bitdefender.com:

# wget https://my.bitdefender.com
