This guide explains how to install Bitdefender Ultimate Small Business Security on another device.
If you are the business owner or security admin and want to install it on other employees’ devices (not yours), you must first add them to your Bitdefender Ultimate Small Business Security subscription. Each team member will create their own Bitdefender account and install the software themselves – you can’t install it for them from your account.
1. Sign in to Bitdefender Central
- Go to https://central.bitdefender.com.
- Sign in with the email and password you used when you first activated Bitdefender Ultimate Small Business Security.
2. Switch to Business Space
- After signing in, look in the top-right corner of the Bitdefender Central dashboard.
- If it reads Personal Space, click your username, then click Switch to choose the Business Space where your Bitdefender Ultimate Small Business Security subscription is active.

- If you have more than one business space, select the one you want from the list.
3. Install Bitdefender Ultimate Small Business Security on Another Device
- After switching to business space, click Install Bitdefender Products on the dashboard.
- In the pop-up window, click Install on another device / Install on the Bitdefender app you want to use.
- Choose how you’d like to install:
- Download: Installs Bitdefender directly on the current device.
- Protect other devices:
- Send a download link valid for 24h to the other device via email, QR code, or direct link.
- On the device you want to protect, open the link and click “Download Bitdefender”.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete installation.

If a device isn’t using the Bitdefender Ultimate Small Business Security subscription, switch the Bitdefender app installed on that device to Business Space to fix the issue.
