Cause for Joy
Version 8 of the BitDefender antivirus software has been awarded the the right to carry the Virus Bulletin 100% logo. The logo is awarded to products that show 100% detection rate for all viruses in the wild in a battery of tests which are performed on a standard platform for all the products involved.
"We are quite proud of our products as it is, but an endorsement from such a prestigious testing institution is always a good thing. What else can I say? There's a small party going on tonight at BitDefender HQ, and the nice results from Virus Bulletin are the reason for it" declared BitDefender CTO Bogdan Dumitru.
