BSOD (blue screen) when trying to open SafePay

In some rare cases, your computer might encouter a BSOD (blue screen) when trying to open SafePay.
In order to solve this situation, please install the following Microsoft hotfix. The hotfix, will update the "Netio.sys" file on your computer and should solve the issue.
 
 
Should the issue still persists after installing the Microsoft hotfix, please contact the Bitdefender customer care support.
