How to change your Bitdefender partner in GravityZone Cloud console

In case you wish to move from a Bitdefender partner that manage your company to another one, you need to change the partner ID in GravityZone Cloud console. Before doing this, make sure the new partner has provided you with its ID. Each company ID is available in My Company page.


To change Bitdefender partner in GravityZone:

  1. Log into Control Center.
  2. Click your username in the upper-right corner of the console and choose My Company.
  3. Next to the Bitdefender Partner section, click Change.
  4. Enter the Partner ID and click Save.
  5. In the My Company page, click Save to apply the changes.
