During our troubleshooting process, one of our specialists asked for a remote session in order to better determine the nature of your reported issue.
In order to be able to assist, you will need to follow the steps below:
1. Download and save the remote session tool corresponding to your operating system using the links below:
2. Open the file and communicate the unique ID and Password to your Bitdefender specialist.
3. Once the connection is made, the Bitdefender Support specialist will start the troubleshooting steps required to identify the exact issue.
Note: During the remote session, you will need to assist the specialist with the required passwords and needed actions from your side!
