During our troubleshooting process, one of our specialists asked for a remote session in order to better determine the nature of your reported issue.
In order to be able to assist, you will need to follow the steps below:

  • 1. Download and save the remote session tool corresponding to your operating system using the links below:
  • 2. Open the file and communicate the unique ID and Password to your Bitdefender specialist.
  • 3. Once the connection is made, the Bitdefender Support specialist will start the troubleshooting steps required to identify the exact issue.

    Note: During the remote session, you will need to assist the specialist with the required passwords and needed actions from your side!
