Licensing and provisioning

To add a GravityZone Security for Mobile license in GravityZone follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the Control Center with an administrator account.

  2. Click your username in the upper-right corner of the screen and click My Company.

  3. Go to the Licensing tab.

  4. For pre-paid licenses follow the steps below:

    1. In License usage details section, click Add product. The Add new product window appears.

    2. Type in your GravityZone Security for Mobile key and select Check validity.

    3. Click Add product.


    If you have a monthly subscription contact your partner to acquire the GravityZone Security for Mobile license.

  5. Log out and log back in to Control Center.

    The GravityZone Security for Mobile page is now available in the index on the left side of the console.

Provision GravityZone Security for Mobile Accounts

  1. Log in to the Control Center.

  2. Go to the GravityZone Security for Mobile page.

  3. Choose a managed company and click Create Account under the Action column.

    A GravityZone Security for Mobile account is created for the selected company.


To open a GravityZone Security for Mobile console associated to a managed company, click Open console under the Action column.

License expiration

A notification is sent 90, 30, 7 days, and also one day before the license expires. The notifications will include company information, product names, expired license keys, and useful URLs.


You must have Manage Company right to view this notification.

Deleted or expired GravityZone Security for Mobile licenses

License expired – The access to the Mobile Security console has been revoked, resulting in the lack of threat visibility and configuration modification.

License deleted – You are no longer protected, and all data associated with your license is deleted.


The auto deletion feature activates 60 days after the expiration date.
