First steps

Overview

Depending on your type of purchase you may have to create an account, change the associated password and validate your license key before you begin the installation process.

Let us guide you through:

After your purchase is complete, to gain access to the GravityZone Control Center an account is automatically created for you. The credentials, along with the license key are provided by e-mail.

To start using the solution:

Log in to your account:

  1. Open a browser.

  2. Go to the following address: gravityzone.bitdefender.com.

  3. Enter the email address of your account and click Next.

  4. Enter the password of your account and click Next.

  5. Click Continue to log in.

Change your password

  1. Click your username in the upper-right corner of the console and select My account.

  2. Click the Change password button.

  3. Enter the current password, the one provided in your e-mail.

  4. Enter a new password and then confirm it.

  5. Save your changes.

  6. Click the Save button from the lower-left side of the console.

Now you can begin installing the security agent and protecting your computers.

After your purchase is complete, the partner should provide you with your license key as well as your account and credentials to access the GravityZone Control Center.

In case only your license key is provided, you can create your account by following these steps:

Create your account

  1. Access the Online Trial section from our website.

  2. Select any product from the GravityZone Cloud suite, regardless of your purchase. You can select Business Security for a quicker process.

  3. Complete the form with the required information and submit it. Your account is automatically created and credentials are provided by e-mail.

Log in to your account

  1. Open a browser.

  2. Go to the following address: gravityzone.bitdefender.com.

  3. Enter the email address of your account and click Next.

  4. Enter the password of your account and click Next.

Replace the license key

You can use the steps below or the online tutorial.

  1. Click your username in the upper-right corner of the console and select My company.

  2. Locate the License type field and change it from Trial to License.

  3. Locate the License key field and enter the license code.

  4. Click the Check button.

  5. Save your changes.

Note

Some products require a separate license key. Should you have also purchased an add-on license please enter the code in the Add-on key field and save your changes.

Change your password

  1. Click your username in the upper-right corner of the console and select My account.

  2. Click the Change password button.

  3. Enter the current password, the one provided in your e-mail.

  4. Enter a new password and then confirm it.

  5. Save your changes.

  6. Click the Save button from the lower-left side of the console.
