To chat with Bitdefender Scamio, you can access the web app starting from https://www.bitdefender.com/solutions/scamio.html or go directly to WhatsApp or Facebook Messenger and add it also as a Contact in your list. First, sign in or create your Bitdefender account. Don’t worry, you only need to do this once.

Once you’re logged in, you can interact with Scamio in different ways:

• describe the scam details
• copy and paste texts, links, or QR codes
• upload pictures or screenshots of deceptive emails, texts, or instant messages.
