Cancel a subscription purchased in the last 30 days
If you purchased a NETGEAR Armor subscription within the last 30 days, you are eligible for a full refund. To request one, please email customer support and include your router’s serial number. Contact the appropriate support team based on where you purchased the subscription:
- NETGEAR Store (if you made the purchase on https://www.netgear.com/support/product/store/): Email [email protected]

Cancel a subscription purchased over 30 days ago
If you bought a NETGEAR Armor subscription more than 30 days ago, you cannot cancel or receive a refund for the current subscription year. However, you can turn off automatic renewal to prevent future charges. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current term.
You can disable auto-renewal in one of the following ways:
- Nighthawk or Orbi app – Recommended for most users.
- MyNETGEAR website – Ideal if you don’t have access to your NETGEAR device or haven’t used the app.
- Bitdefender Central – If you don’t see an auto-renewal option in the app or MyNETGEAR, try logging into your Bitdefender account. Bitdefender powers NETGEAR Armor and processes payments for Armor in some regions.
