It has been some time since I installed BOX and it hasn’t detected some of my devices

After the installation, BOX will become the DHCP Server in your network (the device responsible with the IP assignment). If in the past, if you configured your devices to have a static IP with the router as a Default Gateway, you will have to set it on DHCP and then assign it a static IP from the BOX app.

Another thing you can do is simply change the settings on that device in regards to Default Gateway, from the routers IP address to the BOX IP. In a few moments after the changes are made, the device will be displayed in the BOX App, under Guest.
