If a Bitdefender app installed on your device is not using the Bitdefender Ultimate Small Business Security subscription (for example, it shows the wrong number of validity days or a different subscription name), it’s likely connected to your Personal Space instead of your Business Space.
Your Bitdefender Central account can have multiple spaces – Personal and Business – each with its own subscriptions. If a device is in the wrong space, it won’t use the correct subscription. Switching the Bitdefender app from Personal Space to Business Space should solve the issue.
