Fix Device Not Using Bitdefender Ultimate Small Business Security Subscription

1. Open the Bitdefender app installed on the Windows computer that is not using the Bitdefender Ultimate Small Business Security subscription.

2. Click My Account in the top-right corner of the Bitdefender interface.

3. In the account section, press the dropdown menu that reads Personal Space.

4. Select the Business Space where your Bitdefender Ultimate Small Business Security subscription is active.

• If you have more than one business space, select the one you want from the list.

5. Click the Switch button to confirm the change.

1. Click the B icon in the top menu bar and choose Open Antivirus interface to launch Bitdefender Antivirus for Mac.

2. Click My Account on the left side menu of the Bitdefender interface.

3. In the account section, press the dropdown menu that reads Personal Space.

4. Select the Business Space where your Bitdefender Ultimate Small Business Security subscription is active.

• If you have more than one business space, select the one you want from the list.

5. Click the Switch Space button to confirm the change.

1. Open the Bitdefender app installed on the mobile device that is not using the Bitdefender Ultimate Small Business Security subscription.

2. Tap the More menu (shown as ∴ on Android and ••• on iOS) in the bottom right corner.

3. Tap your Bitdefender user account at the top of the list.

4. In the account section, press the dropdown menu that reads Personal Space and select Business Space instead.

• If you have more than one business space, select the one you want from the list.

4. Tap the Switch Space button to confirm the change.
