How to Track and Manage Blocked Calls in Bitdefender Mobile Security for Android

To check exactly how many calls Bitdefender Call Blocking has successfully blocked for you, follow these steps:

1. Open the Bitdefender Mobile Security app on your Android device.

2. Tap the bottom-right menu ∴ then select Call Blocker.

3. Scroll down to the Total blocked calls section. The following information is displayed:

• Total blocked calls since activation, including their assigned labels (Scam calls, Spam calls, Hidden numbers). Scam calls include fraudulent and untrusted callers.
• Blocked calls in the last 7 days, giving you insight into recent activity.

To see which numbers were blocked and when, follow these steps:

1. Open the Bitdefender Mobile Security app on your Android device.

2. Tap the bottom-right menu ∴ then select Call Blocker.

3. The Latest blocked calls section displays the three most recent blocked calls.

Tap View all to check all blocked numbers.

4. This opens Blocked calls history, where you’ll find all blocked numbers. Each entry includes:

• The phone number (unless it was a hidden number)
• The name of the contact (if known)
• The date and time the call was blocked
• The assigned tag (Untrusted, Fraudulent, or Spam)

If you want to stop blocking a specific phone number:

1. Open the Bitdefender Mobile Security app on your Android device.

2. Tap the bottom-right menu ∴ then select Call Blocker.

3. In the Latest blocked calls section, tap the View all button.

4. Tap the three-dot menu (•••) next to the blocked number, then choose Unblock.

After you unblock a phone number:

• The number is removed from your Block list.
• It will no longer be blocked by the Call Blocking feature.
• The number will still appear in the Latest blocked calls section for your reference, so you can keep track of previously blocked numbers.
