Troubleshooting the installation on an Enterprise Manager server
During the installation or upgrade of Bitdefender for File Servers on the same computer with Bitdefender Enterprise Manager, the installation stops the Bitdefender Communicator service, but fails to restart it. Trying to restart this service manually from the Services window also fails.
From the Services window stop all the Bitdefender services and press Retry in the installation wizard. Restart the remaining Bitdefender services after the installation completes.
