Troubleshooting GravityZone license validation

Bitdefender GravityZone provides full visibility into organizations’ overall security posture, global security threats, and control over its security services that protect virtual or physical desktops, servers and mobile devices. All Bitdefender’s Enterprise Security solutions are managed within the GravityZone through a single console, Control Center, that provides control, reporting, and alerting services for various roles within the organization.


If license validation failed during the registration these steps should be followed to troubleshoot the issue:

1. Your border firewall allows connectivity to

# ping
# wget --no-check-certificate

- Check if the license is a valid GravityZone under your internal myaccount;
- Check if border firewall HTTPS introspection is not blocking the license validation request;
- Check if the Processor.License is running:

# ps aux | grep php

2. If you are unable to save the license key connect SSH to GravityZone machine and check:

- RabbitMQ service is started on the GravityZone machine:

# service rabbitmq-server status

- RabbitMQ cluster status:

# rabbitmqctl cluster_status

- Processors status:

# ps aux | grep php

If the registration process still fails, contact the Bitdefender Support Teamattaching full logs together with outputs from the above commands.
