The Bitdefender Business Client cannot update

This situation may occur if you are still using an older version of the Bitdefender Update Server.

To confirm this is the case please go to Start->Run, open the services.msc window and locate the Bitdefender Update Server service.

If its display name is "Bitdefender Update Server" as seen in the screenshot below please use the steps presented in this article to upgrade your current version of update server (and if applicable of Management Server).

If the service name is "Bitdefender Update Server 2" as seen in the screenshot below please contact the Support department for further investigation.
