Bitdefender Security for Endpoints Update (May 13th 2014)

Bitdefender Security for Endpoints (cloud-based) protects business systems with centralized policy-based control and real-time visibility into the security status and does not require onsite server hardware or maintenance as it is managed by the hosted Bitdefender management console.

Resolved Issues

  • In certain situations, after creating an installation package from a partner account, the target company was no longer available in the package's options. This issue is now fixed.
  • In certain situations, after deploying Endpoint Security, the client OS did not restart, although the reboot option was selected in the deployment wizard. This issue is now fixed.
  • In certain conditions, a scheduled report was repeatedly issued on due date, generating a high amount of files. This issue is now fixed.
  • Sometimes, certain virtual machines did not appear in the Control Center network inventory after running a Network Discovery task. This issue is now fixed.
