New office to start operations today

SOFTWIN, the producer of BitDefender security software and services, has announced today the opening of the USA branch of BitDefender, in Boca Raton, Florida.

Mr. Peter Herzog has spent the last 13 years in the high-tech arena in both sales and management positions. Bringing this unique blend to the forefront will help insure BitDefender a head start in reaching its objectives. He has been directly involved with Network Security including anti-virus, content and patch management based products and services. He is originally from New York where he studied International Business and marketing at the New York Institute of Technology

Mr. David Dafinoiu, has an MBA in International Business, and an MSC in Computer Science. Mr Dafinoiu has years of international, interdisciplinary experience in Business Development focused on EMEA, and a strong background in North America. Before joining the BitDefender team, Mr Dafinoiu was the Business Development Manager of Intel Electronics, Jerusalem.
