It has been some time since I installed Bitdefender BOX and it hasn’t detected some of my devices

Here’s what to do if it has been some time since you set up and configured Bitdefender BOX, but it still hasn’t detected some of your devices.

After the installation, Bitdefender BOX will become the DHCP Server in your network (the device responsible for the IP assignment). If in the past, you configured your devices to have a static IP with the router as a Default Gateway, you will have to set it to DHCP and then assign it a static IP from the BOX app.

Another thing you can do is simply change the settings on that device in regard to Default Gateway, from the router’s IP address to the Bitdefender BOX IP. A few moments after these changes are made, the device will be displayed in the BOX App, under Guest.
