Protection module expired

In this section you will learn how to troubleshoot Protection Module expiry issues in GravityZone.

If you encounter endpoints with one or more expired protection modules, follow these steps:

Check the total number of available license seats

For GravityZone Cloud customers:

  1. Navigate to My company from the the upper-right corner of Control Center.

  2. Under License check the Expiry date and Available seats for install.

Ensure endpoint communication with the Communication Server

If endpoint communication is configured through a relay, or if it has a Security Server assigned, make sure that the communication channels are not restricted. You can find a list of all the required ports and addresses for GravityZone Cloud in GravityZone Communication Ports and for the On-premises version in GravityZone Communication Ports.
