The service cannot accept control messages at this time
Starting with the 3.1.8 version of the BitDefender Management Server you might receive the "The service cannot accept control messages at this time" error message at the end of a deployment process as can be seen in the screenshot below. 
In most cases the error message can be disregarded as the deployment was successful. This can be confirmed after waiting a few minutes and refreshing the BitDefender Management Console (you will notice the icon changed its color).
Also please note that this message only appears when you are using the Deployment Tool.
