Removing Trojan.FakeAlert5 False Positive using Bitdefender Deployment Tool
If you have Bitdefender Management Server installed on your network, you can use the Bitdefender Deployment Tool to send the patch to the affected stations in the network. To follow this procedure, please follow the steps below:
1. Repair Bitdefender Management Server (if necessary):
a) If Bitdefender Management Server is installed on Windows XP x64 or Windows 7 x64, please follow the steps in this article here.
b) If Bitdefender Management Server is installed on Windows 2003 x64 or Windows 2008 x64, please follow the steps in this article here.
2. Repair Bitdefender Business Client (if necessary):
a) Create a "Run Program" WMI script to stop vsserv: Access the Bitdefender Management Server and go to WMI scripts-> Create new WMI script> Run program and enter the command exactly as shown below;

b) Assign the WMI script to all affected x64 stations and wait for it to run;
c) Download this archive and extract the contents to the location C: \ Program Files \ BitDefender \ BitDefender Management Server \ BitDefender Deployment Tool \ Packages; Ensure that the entire contents of the "packages" folder is copied in the packages folder;
d) Open BitDefender Deployment Tool from Start-> All Programs-> BitDefender-> BitDefender Deployment Tool and run the package called "False Positive Patch Bitdefender (x64)" on all affected x64 stations;
e) Create a "Run Program" WMI script to start vsserv: Access the Bitdefender Management Server and go to WMI scripts-> Create new WMI script> Run program, enter the command exactly as shown below:

Note: This utility runs only on Windows x64bit
3. Repair Bitdefender for Windows Server (if necessary):
a)Create a "Run Program" WMI script to stop bdfs.exe:
Access the Bitdefender Management Server and go to WMI scripts -> Create new WMI script -> Run program,enter the command exactly as shown : % programfiles% \ BitDefender \ BitDefender for File Servers \ bdfs.exe with stop parameter;

b) Assign the WMI script to all affected x64 servers and wait for it to run;
c) Download thisarchive and extract the contents to the location C: \ Program Files \ BitDefender \ BitDefender Management Server \ BitDefender Deployment Tool \ Packages; Ensure that the entire contents of the "packages" folder is copied in the packages folder;
d) Open BitDefender Deployment Tool from Start-> All Programs-> BitDefender-> BitDefender Deployment Tool and run the package called "Bitdefender Security for Windows Servers False Positive Patch (x64)" on all affected x64 servers;
e) Create a "Run Program" WMI script to start bdfs: Access the Bitdefender Management Server and go to WMI scripts-> Create new WMI script> Run program then enter the command exactly as shown: % programfiles% \ BitDefender \ BitDefender for File Servers \ bdfs.exe the start parameter;
