Installing the Bitdefender Enterprise Manager 2.5 infrastructure components
Bitdefender Enterprise Manager includes several components which can be installed on separate computers for network load optimization. Bitdefender Local Manager (BDLM) is a communication component installed automatically along any other component. The presence of all enterprise management components is required for a functional Bitdefender Enterprise Manager administered network.
To install Bitdefender Enterprise Manager components follow the steps:

Verify before installation the compliance with the minimal requirements.

Operating system: minimum Windows 98 SE - Double-click the setup file and click .
- Read the License Agreement, select and click .

Select the setup type and click .
Select or to install all components.
To perform a customized setup, select and click . The following window allows to select the preferred components. Upon selection, a short description and the minimum hard disk space requirements are displayed. The customized setup allows specifying the installation folder. To specify a different folder, click and select the preferred folder.
When the customization is finished click .

Click to complete the setup.
With the default installation settings, the files will be copied to the folder:
C:\Program Files\Softwin\Bitdefender Enterprise Manager - Restart the computer if required.
