Client Security slowdown - memory leaks
Although Bitdefender doesn't create this issue, Bitdefender created a script that can help remove the leaked handles.
Please follow the steps below in order to do so:
1. Verify that it is the above described case. There are 2 methods:
- Check if the following key exists: HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Directory\shellex\CopyHookHandlers\FileZilla3CopyHook or HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Directory\shellex\CopyHookHandlers\ WinSCPCopyHook
- Run a Process Explorer and check what handles are opened by vsserv and bdemagent. If the name of the handles contain FileZilla or WinSCP, then it is the above case
2. If it is the above case, run the batch file here either from WMI script "Run Program" configured as seen below if you need to remove the keys from multiple computers or run the batch file locally if you need to remove the keys from the local machine only.

3. Restart the workstations the batch file was ran on.
