How do I reset the password for MyBitdefender account?

To set a new password for your MyBitdefender account, follow these steps:

1.      Go to: https://my.bitdefender.com/

2.      Click on Forgot your password?

3.      In the new window, type the e-mail address used to create your MyBitdefender account and click the Recover password link.

4.      Check your e-mail and click the provided link.

A new window will appear.

5.      Type the new password. The password must be at least 6 characters long.

6.      Retype the password in the Confirm password field.

7.      Click Submit and then Apply Changes.

To access your MyBitdefender account, type your e-mail address and the new password you have just set.
