| UPDATE [2005-16-11]: http://beta.bitdefender.com was born Given the fact that a more improved interface was needed, a GForge based website was born. The bugs will be posted (and rated) there by the priority field (which can only be set by the judges) while the unix-mailservers@bitdefender.com mailing list will be kept for chatter and perhaps support. The set-up is fairly simple: Testers post bugs to the mailing list, devs check for consistency, reproductibility and dupes. The judges will rate the number and severity of bugs found for a final decision, using unix-mailservers@bitdefender.com to keep track of duplicates and provide a channel for chatter. Also, the tester submitting the most original bug will receive the title of "Official BitDefender Crash Test Dummy", and a special prize from the jury. |
