The Windows Vista 64-bit version is NOT supported yet.

 Troubleshooting BitDefender Update Service Unavailable

If you open BitDefender in the Advanced View at the Update module the entire page will appear as greyed out and a message saying that the BitDefender Update Service is Unavailable.
