Taj Mahal Site Hacked by Pakistani Cybercriminals

Pakistan Haxors Crew, one of the most active hacktivist groups targeting Indian sites, defaced the main page of the Taj Mahal website (www.tajmahal.gov.in) to emphasize security vulnerabilities of the Indian government, according to ehackingnews.com.

The homepage displayed the Pakistani national flag and a message reading "Whatever you fail to detect, will cause your downfall...Pakistan Haxors Crew is here to remind you of your Security… Our fight is not against any individual but the system as whole."

The hackers added a link to their Facebook page on the defaced website.

Other attacks targeted popular government websites such as Agra Fort (agrafort.gov.in) and the official site of Fatehpur Sikri city and municipal board in the Agra district.

The attack comes after the Indian and Pakistani prime Ministers met to discuss the special status of the disputed regions of Jammu and Kashmir.
