You may choose between the following options in order to update the virus definitions of your BitDefender security solution:
- Automatic Update
- Manual Update using .zip files
- Manual Update using .exe files
It is recommended to use the automatic update. If you choose to use the manual
update please make sure that you use either the zip format or the .exe (not
both of them). For further reference on how to do the automatic update read
the How To paper for the product or the Help file. For the manual update please
read first the How To paper corresponding to the method you choose and the product
you have installed.
