SOFTWIN acquires Constelacion Negocial for BitDefender distribution in Spain
SOFTWIN, a Bucharest-based producer of award-winning data security solutions, announces the acquisition of Constelacion Negocial, a Spanish corporation oriented towards local distribution and sale of security software solutions. The move is part of SOFTWIN's push to set up local offices in every key market.
"We discovered that we need to get closer to our customers", says Bogdan Irina, Business Development Manager for BitDefender at SOFTWIN. "Constelacion Negocial already has the necessary assets for a successful presence in any market: the expertise of qualified technical and commercial teams, capable to identify our customers' needs and to answer any technical dilemma. We trust that through their complete services we will offer more satisfaction to our clients in Southern Europe", Bogdan concluded.
BitDefender has sold around 128 000 licenses in Spain and intends to develop its client base in the next two years to gain 5% of the Spanish market.
