Technical Description:

A trojan dropper is a program that drops any other type of malware (keylogers, backdoors, worms, dialers, rootkits) or adware to a system. When it is run, it extracts all files it has been packed with (most use the temporary folder) and runs them at once.

Trojan droppers are usually created by hacker tools called 'joiners', that allow customizations of such trojans including innocent or multimedia content to disguise their malicious activities.
