TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION:

This is a generic detection for some HTML files which are downloaded by adware programs like Adware.Downloader.Navipromo.B or Adware.LivePlayer.A.
These files contain an embedded executable (most likely detected as adware) which will be dropped in %system%  (usually Windows\System32\ ) with a (random) name specified in the html file. In order to avoid detection, this newly created executable will most likely refuse to run without specific parameters that are only known to the downloader.
