This generic detection targets html files containing exploits or links to exploits, that use javascript obfuscation and encryption techniques. Usually, the decrypted html contains multiple exploits, such as:

Java.Trojan.Exploit.Bytverify
Exploit.Html.MhtRedir.Gen

It is recommended that you do not allow execution of such files and delete them.
