BitDefender Anti-Phishing Free Edition provides browser-based protection from phishing attempts by blocking the malicious web pages used to steal credit card data and other personal identification information. This tool is compatible with Microsoft Internet Explorer and with Mozilla Firefox.

Real-time Filter
Filters all accessed web pages for fraud attempts. When a web site is detected as used for phishing, you will be notified and asked whether it should be displayed or not.
Link Filter for IM
Blocks the phishing links sent, knowingly or not, through Yahoo! Messenger or Windows Live (MSN) Messenger.
Updated blacklist
A list of known phishing links is also available and constantly updated.
White list
The web sites you know and trust can be added to a White List and will no longer be checked by BitDefender.
