What actions to take when Antispam and Antiphishing are disabled

This article provides a possible solution for instances when the Antispam module and the Antiphishing option are disabled at the same time.

To resolve this issue, you will need to reinstall the Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 SP1 Redistributable Package, which we have supplied links to below:

1.    If you are using a 32-bit operating system, click here.

After the link to the Microsoft webpage is accessed, you will need to click on the "Download" button in order to save the installation package. Run the installation package and then proceed with the installation process. Lastly, reboot your computer and check if you have the same issues with Bitdefender.
