Why is the Online Account showing that I am evaluating
Summary:
Verify that you have registered BitDefender by checking the Registration option from the software that is installed on the computer.
Detailed description:
In your BitDefender Online Account, there are listed all your BitDefender license keys, including those you used in order to evaluate the product. You will be able to see the version the license key was originally generated for.
Note! Once you upgrade free of charge, you will become eligible for using the same license key in order to register the new product. In the Online Account the key will show that it's still belonging to the previous version.
If you have the software installed and registered properly on your computer then you should not worry about this status from the Online Account as in most of the cases it points to the evaluation license key (the key that comes preinstalled with the Trial version).
